Refund and Returns Policy

At RegalXChic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help! Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning products, receiving a refund, and handling exchanges. By making a purchase on regalxschic.com, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, seals, and protective wraps intact.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Product(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Products must not be opened, used, or damaged.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, etc.) due to hygiene concerns.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@regalxschic.com or call us at 605-387-7214 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

    • Your order number.
    • The product(s) you wish to return.
    • A brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for returning your item(s). We will also inform you whether you need to return the item to us via mail or another method.

  3. Shipping the Return: After receiving your Return Authorization Number, package the items securely in the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or if the return is due to our error.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without a tracking number.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee unless the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect item ordered). In such cases, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item(s).

To initiate an exchange:

  • Return the original item by following the instructions in the “How to Return an Item” section.
  • Place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

To report a damaged or defective item, please:

  • Take photos of the damage.
  • Email them to info@regalxschic.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days of approval, please check your bank or payment provider first. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@regalxschic.com for further assistance.


7. Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@regalxschic.com. We will make every effort to accommodate changes or cancellations before the order is processed and shipped.


8. Gift Returns

If you received a gift from RegalXChic and would like to return it, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the returned item(s). Please contact us to initiate the return and provide the gift order number.
